We do not accept the following forms of payment on our site: cash, personal cheque, travellers cheques, cash on delivery, layaway plan, gift cards.
Billing Information
For your security, your billing name, address, and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

What is PayFlex?
Payflex is a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service that allows you to shop online and pay for your purchase in four interest-free instalments over six weeks. You receive your goods immediately after the first payment. There are no extra fees or interest if you pay on time.
How do I pay with PayFlex?
Select Payflex as your payment method.
Provide your details (name, email, mobile number, and South African ID number) for an instant assessment.
Pay the first 25% instalment using any valid South African-issued Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit, cheque, or credit card.
Your goods are shipped, and the remaining three instalments of 25% each are automatically deducted from your card every two weeks.
What are the conditions to sign up?
Be over 18 years old.
Have a valid South African ID number.
Have a valid, South African-issued debit, cheque, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex).
Have a good credit history, which Payflex's automated system will review instantly.
How do I return items paid for with PayFlex?
Return your item through the store as usual. Once the store approves the return, we'll adjust or refund your instalments accordingly.
Can I pay before the due date?
Scheduled payment dates are automatic and cannot be changed. However, manual payments can be made in advance via the customer portal or app.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Missing a scheduled payment will result in a default fee. For the standard "Pay In 4" plan, fees are applied incrementally if the payment remains outstanding, up to a cap.
